The final event for the WiseGRID project is only 6 days away were we will be welcoming experts and project participants to come and discuss how the WiseGRID tools have changed the communities in which they have been implemented.
Registration is still possible here.
Below we have video that shows off the pilot sites, giving you a closer look at the different sites along with interviews with participants. The smart technologies that have been introduced have allowed residents in Ghent to more closely monitor their energy consumption due to WiseGRID HOME, while in Crevillent the city is able to run using 100% locally sourced green energy during the day.
Though this is only the beginning of the discussion! We will be going further in depth during our online conference and we are inviting you to take part. With a range of different stakeholders such as cooperatives, distribution operators, EU level policy makers, universities and technology companies, we can explore that make this project important for the future of our energy system.
Join us! April 21st, right from your living room.
